Designs will be delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase. If you prefer a cd there is a $5.00 charge to cover expenses and shipping and handling. When checking out be sure to select which method you prefer. Designs are the sole property of EMKAmartin Embroidery and are not to be given away, traded, sold, or shared in any way. The stitched out designs however may be sold for profit without further compensation. Due to the electronic nature of the items refunds will not be given. However, if you find a design that does not work properly please notify us so that we may correct the problem.
